The Miami Lakes Educational Center gym showers will be available for our students who still do not have power in the mornings from 7 until 7:25 and in the afternoons from 2:45 until 3:30. Please be sure to have your ID and see Mr. Willenborg or Ms. Arterburn.
Academic
All overdue fines, past and present will be deleted this week and next. Please bring in your overdue books as soon as possible.
The application deadline for Silver Knight has been extended to Monday, November 14. Please turn in all material to Ms. Mathos by that date. If you have any questions please see Ms. Mathos as soon as possible.
Clubs/Classes
There will be a cast meeting of "Tell Tale Heart" Monday November 7th at 2:40PM. ALL CAST MEMBERS MUST ATTEND!
There will also be a DRAMA CLUB meeting for all members, Wednesday, November 9th at 2:40PM to discuss upcoming auditions for district competitions.
All Hispanic Heritage show performers- there will be practice all next week. All performers must be present.
There will be a yearbook meeting after school on Monday-all staff members need to attend.
Due to the hurricane, the DECA fashion show meeting has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, November 8th at 2:40 in A118.
Members of the Key Club and In-School-Chamber there is a meeting November 8th and your dues are due at this meeting.
The cheerleading squad has one opening available for a girl of small build to be a flyer. If you are interested, tryouts are on Tuesday November 8 @ 2:40 in the dance room in F building.
