Clubs/Classes
Jaguars the two hottest events MLEC has every year are just around the corner. That seventies dance is Friday, April 1st, that is the Friday after we return from spring break. Tickets are $5 and you know this one always sells out. Get your tickets as soon as we get back.
Calling all poets, singers, rappers, actors, comedians, dancers, and musicians– MLEC’s second annual coffeehouse talent showcase will be April 15th. If you want to audition, come to the activities office to sign up today and tomorrow or when we return from spring break. Auditions will be held April 5th and 6th so get your performances together over the break. Acts will be limited this year so sign up and audition on time. Tickets will be $5 and will go on sale at “That 70’s Dance.”
Seniors, Grad Bash packets are available in the activities office. Only 200 seats are available and tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis to those with a completed field trip packets and all appropriate signatures. The price is $96. See Ms. Corbett-Perdomo to pick up the packet.
If you are interested in running for a class office, student government, or Mr. and Ms. MLEC you may pick up an application in Mr. Moffi's room, E230. Applications will be available this week ONLY and are to be completed and turned in no later than March 30th. If you have any questions please see Mr. Moffi.
Seniors who did not pay for cap & gown, this is your last chance to do so. Today is your last chance at $21. See Ms. Corbett-Perdomo in the Activities Office.
Jaguars, come see “COMEDY NIGHT” Wednesday after spring break, March 30th and Thursday, March 31st at 7PM. See your fellow students perform in a hilarious Improv Comedy Group and a comedic One Act Play. This is one you just can’t miss.
