Administrative
All faculty, staff, and students need to have on an ID at all times when on campus. If you have lost yours or it has been damaged, please get a new one as soon as possible. Students, you must have your ID when you walk in to your testing locations Monday morning. Students, have you ID’s on.
Again, thank you to everyone who participated in the production of yesterday’s Black History Show. It was truly one of the best assemblies we have seen. Congratulations to all of the performers for a job well done.
Academic
Student, please remember that you are to report directly to your testing location Monday morning.
All 11th and 12th graders who are not testing Monday and Tuesday next week need to report to their vocational instructors.
There will still be tutoring next week. Students, please remember to attend tutoring next week and be sure to ask your tutor for and activities bus pass if you ride the bus.
The following students need to pick up transcripts: Ana Garabitos, Sophia Philogene, Mary Sol Telleria, Juan Gonzalez, Ashley Jitta, Linda Flores, Dominique Stevens, and Lazaro Rangel.
The following students need to see the Registrar in room E100E regarding Bright Futures: Bertha Alis, Racquel Dixon, Maria Hernandez, Humphrey Ikpete, Yanisleydi Llanes, Meylin Lopez, Miguel Mejia, and Yesenia Urrutia.
Clubs/Classes
National Honor Society will meet Wednesday, March 2nd in E234 at 2:40 PM. All seniors NHS members must attend to plan induction and graduation arrangements.
Announcing auditions for the spring play! Like acting or being in the spot light or do you like working behind the scenes? Well, come try out for the next school play. Auditions will be held next week March 2nd and 3rd from 2:30PM to 4PM in the auditorium. Please bring a one minute monologue or you will be able audition with a cold reading. If you have any questions ask a Theatre Techie or Mr. Goslin in F206.
HIV/AIDS Peer Educators will meet Wednesday, March 2nd in F118 immediately after school. Please be on time.
Senior yearbook ads will be accepted until Friday next week. Next Friday is the absolute last day to turn in a senior yearbook ad.
Miscellaneous
Seniors who took digital pictures with a camera that is three mega pixels or more, please bring your memory sticks or flash cards to the activities office to be up loaded for use in your full color yearbook.
Additionally, anyone with digital pictures of the Black History Show should also bring them to the activities office.
