Administrative
Teachers, there will be some very important documents in your mailboxes that must be distributed tomorrow. Teachers, please check your mailboxes this afternoon or first thing in the morning.
Child Care will do its annual Halloween Walk this Friday at 9:30am in buildings A, E, and selected parents in C. So if you would like to help, please bring wrapped goodies to distribute to our children this Friday.
The faculty book club will meet for the first time next week Wednesday, November 3rd.
Academic
Health academy will meet tomorrow afternoon at 2:40 in E 124. B. Telecommunications & Information Technology will be meet tomorrow October 26th at 2:40 in room E-132- Ms. Trujillo room.
Clubs/Classes
This is Red Ribbon Week. This year’s theme is: “Drug Free! I have the power.” There are several activities planned this week. The annual door decorating contest is underway. We want to see more doors decorated.
Teachers your United Way Homeroom collection envelopes will be re-distributed tomorrow afternoon for your next odd day homeroom. Right now Ms. Ambas’ 1st period is in the lead.
Seniors, your panoramic picture is scheduled for Wednesday, October 27th, the time has changed. Your panoramic picture will be taken at 7:30 in the morning. Seniors, you will report directly to the Gym Wednesday morning. Be there on time or you will miss out. Don’t forget to make your posters and banners.
Teachers, once again please return all un-issued pictures to Ms. Perdomo’s mailbox or F106 so that the yearbook staff can schedule a picture make-up day.
Jaguars, Harvest Festival dance tickets are on sale. Get yours during lunch in the “F” cafeteria.
There will be a short HOSA officers meeting today at 2:40.
Attention Seniors and Juniors on the Prom Committee, Wednesday, October 26th there will be a mandatory Prom Committee meeting for all committee members. Guests are always welcome to offer their aide and input. Again, there will be a Prom Committee meeting Wednesday, October 26th after school in room E-204.
5000 Role Models will meet this week Wednesday to discuss an upcoming field trip.
Class of 2008 will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to complete some important projects. Please be there on time.
DECA fashion show try outs will be held Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Video Production club will have a mandatory meeting this Thursday, October 28th immediately after school in Radio Broadcasting C46. All members must attend. L. All club and class sponsors participating in the Harvest Fest, Ms. Perdomo needs to meet with you this Thursday immediately after school.
