Administrative
There is a 7 pm Town Hall meeting with our new Superintendent of schools Dr. Rudy Crew tonight at Barbara Goleman Sr. High.
Teachers there is a faculty meeting immediately after school in Cafeteria C.
Grade Bubble Sheets were ready for pick-up today at 12 noon from Ms. Bryant. Bubble Sheets are to be hand-delivered back to Ms. Bryant by noon Friday.
Tables and chairs are available from the cafeteria (Building C.) The tables are 36" x 36". If anyone is in need of these tables and chairs, please contact their administrator. They will be given out first come first serve. These items are for use in our facility classrooms or offices only.
Academic
Teachers and students, please report to the appropriate re-location areas at 7:30 so that PSAT administration may begin on time.
Due to all three media specialists being off campus tomorrow Wednesday, October 13, the media center will be operating at limited capacity. Please observe the following:
• No A/V equipment will be checked out, unless our AV tech is available.
• No ID cards will be made.
• During the PSAT the media center will be occupied with relocated classes, so please do not send students during that time.
Clubs/Classes
The VICA Culinary Arts Club is hosting an Italian night dinner October 20th before open house from 5 PM until 8 PM tickets are only $6. See a Culinary Arts instructor or student for tickets.
Class of 2008’s newly elected officers will meet with Ms. Trujilllo tomorrow in E132.
‘08 Pep Squad will meet tomorrow and Thursday in Ms. Trujillio’s room to prepare for The HARVEST FESTIVAL.
The MLEC Dance Try-outs will be held on October14th in the "F" Cafeteria at 2:40 pm sharp.
The Math Club will meet tomorrow at 2:40 in room E119. Everyone is invited.
DECA will meet tomorrow in E230 Mr. Moffi’s room regarding the Fashion Show.
5000 Roles will meet tomorrow in E113 Mr. O’Briens’ room.
FBLA will meet Thursday in E213 with Ms. Biddings
Once again, Mr. A. Rodriguez would like to thank everyone for the first of several great pep rally and basketball jam experiences.
All Hispanic Heritage Assembly performers, attendance at practice Wednesday and Thursday is mandatory if you plan to remain in the show. There is no practice today.
